Don Ducasse,
D.D.S.
Don was born and raised in Toronto and has always considered it his small hometown. After graduating from the University of Toronto, he set up his dental practice with that small town mindset to serve his friends in the community.
Don believes in a simple philosophy of treating people the way he would like to be treated. The office is a welcoming environment where people are treated with respect and honesty.
Don loves being a dentist. He enjoys learning and is a member of many study clubs. He also is the author of Dentistry 101…Let the Tooth be Told.
Hockey, travel and good food and conversations are some of his passions.
Janice,
Office Manager
Janice has been Don’s office manager for over 20 years. She knows the ins and outs of our office – if you have any questions, Janice will be happy to answer them.
Outside work, Janice enjoys the outdoors, either boating in the summer or snowmobiling during our long Canadian winters.
Stephanie Green,
Treatment Coordinator
Stephanie graduated from York University with a degree in psychology and went on to study preventive dental assisting at Fanshawe College. She has been working with Don for over 25 years.
As our patient liaison, Stephanie can answer your questions on anything from your treatment plan to your dental insurance.
Erica Reynolds,
Preventive Dental Assistant
Erica became a certified dental assistant in 1990 and a preventive dental assistant in 1999 after studying at the University of Western Ontario. She has worked with Don for over 18 years. Erica is a wonderful team player and always ensures that her patients receive excellent care.
Meghan Fairman,
Dental Hygienist
Meghan graduated Dental Assisting in 2012 in her home town of Kingston, Ontario. She moved to Toronto in 2020 to pursue Dental Hygiene, graduating in 2021. Known for her gentle approach and good conversation, Meghan ensures a calm, comfortable visit. Outside the office, she stays busy with her two kids, enjoying family adventures and making lasting memories together.
Soula,
Dental Hygienist
Soula graduated from Durham College with a diploma in dental assisting in 1990 and went on to complete a diploma in preventive dental assisting in Prince Edward Island a year later. She fulfilled her dream to become a dental hygienist in 2005 when she graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene. Soula has worked with Don for over 17 years and strives to provide excellent care to her patients.
Sarah Radu,
Dental Hygienist
Sarah began her career in the dental field as both a dental assistant and administrator, but it was when she became a dental hygienist that she truly discovered her passion. Committed to providing exceptional care, Sarah is known for her gentle and compassionate approach with every patient. She joined our office in early 2024.
